                                           Notice of Intent to Cure Default

     Pursuant to Section 38-38-104, C.R.S., notice is hereby given to the Public Trustee of the      

     County of Morgan, Colorado, of the intention of the undersigned to cure the default of     

     non-payment allegedly existing in connection with the above referenced foreclosure.  The     

     foreclosure has been instituted on the Notice of Election and Demand for Sale recorded
